We recommend you keeping them on, as you might want to react fast to your mentions.

However, you don’t have to.

Even if Email Alerts are off, you will still be recording mentions and referring URLs in your Mentioned dashboard.

If you would like to disable Email Alerts, simply login into your dashboard and click on “Disable Email Alerts.”

💡 Pro Tip: Instead of disabling your Email Alerts, try to create an email filtering rule within your email client. For example, all emails containing “New Mention - yourwebite.com” in the subject line should be automatically tagged and moved into a specific folder.
